To Brampton Mill

We stayed at Godmanchester for the weekend enjoying lovely weather, perhaps the last real heat of the summer.  We played host to visitors, our 'bankside' friends Val and Alan, and enjoyed a BBQ together in the Sunday sunshine.
Monday morning we pulled pins and headed up stream all of a mile an a half to Brampton Mill and the Goba moorings there.  Here we stayed for another two nights in splendid isolation before moving off again yesterday morning towards St. Neots.

You can see why rivers are just so attractive and pleasant for cruising..
