Gas locker and more...

Build day 11

Joe went off to Lambon Boats this morning to get the first  coat of primer on the engine 'ole and when we went back this afternoon on the 'cake run - photo shoot' the hatch cover for the gas locker had been fabricated.
Joe climbed onto the deck to get a shot of the gas locker cum pin storage locker.
We had asked Lambon to split the bow area into  seperate gas locker storage, as per the regulations, and a space to store mooring pins, piling hooks and anchor etc.
Anser pin, now  complete with shackle
Joe busy putting the second coat of primer on the 'engine 'ole'
Engine 'ole
Yarwood's engine was delivered today
In this crate is the 7.2 kva generator and sitting on the crate are the oak bearers for the engine.
